Shakyamuni Buddha taught the Four Noble Truths when he turned the first wheel of dharma in Sarnath India. The Four Immeasurables help us cultivate loving kindness, compassion, equanimity and empathetic joy. These practices open the heart and help us connect with ourselves and others.
